About the Human Resource Management Program at Lake Erie College
The Human Resource Management major provides an in-depth focus on human resource functions and organizational behavior, offering a more specialized alternative to the broader Business Administration major. The program builds on a strong business foundation with coursework in supervision, leadership, change management, human resource administration, labor relations, and organizational behavior. It also provides excellent preparation for graduate school. Students are encouraged to participate in internships to gain real-world experience before graduation.
