Gallery Talks with Mary Urbas| Event
The BK Smith Gallery at Lake Erie College proudly presents from WOMAN 18, an exhibition celebrating art created by women, of women, and about women in honor of Women’s History Month. Curated by esteemed gallery professional and artist Mary Urbas, this collection features 18 distinguished women artists from Northeast and Central Ohio, showcasing works across diverse media, including oil and acrylic painting, textiles, sculpture, collage, ceramics, and more.
As part of the exhibition, two special gallery talks led by Mary Urbas will take place on Thursday, March 20, at 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. These talks are free and open to the public, offering visitors a deeper insight into the artists and themes behind the collection.
