Master of Business Administration| Program
Lake Erie College’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is designed to develop leadership skills and prepare students for strategic roles within their organizations. The program equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to take on leadership positions and assume progressively more managerial responsibilities.

Upon completing the MBA program, students will have the ability to:

Healthcare Administration Concentration
The Healthcare Administration concentration prepares students for leadership roles within the healthcare industry. The concentration covers the application of business concepts to healthcare organizations, including hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and medical technology enterprises. Key topics include:
Healthcare Delivery Systems An overview of the U.S. healthcare delivery system and its structure.
Ethical and Legal Issues in Healthcare Exploring the legal and ethical challenges faced by healthcare administrators.
Healthcare Management and Technology The role of technology in healthcare management and how it enhances the delivery of care.
