Lake Erie College Music Department to perform spring music concert

(April 21, 2009) The Lake Erie College Music Department will host its annual Spring Musical Arts Concert on Sunday, April 26, at 4 p.m. in Morley Music Building. 
 
The year-end concert showcases the many and diverse facets of the College’s music program. The centerpieces of the performance will be the Lake Erie College Community Chorus and Flute Choir, conducted by Paul Gothard and Judith Elias, respectively. 
 
The program will include works by Randall Thompson, Paul Hindemith, R. Vaughn Williams, Josef Rheinberger, Orazio Vecchi, and W.A. Mozart – to name a few. College Organist, Mark Bell, Ph.D., members of the music faculty and numerous student soloists will also be performing in the program.
