Academic All-AMCC Announced
49 Lake Erie College student-athletes among those recognized.
PAINESVILLE, OH. (April 5, 2007) - The 2006-07 Academic All-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) honorees were announced today and Lake Erie College had 49 student-athletes among those recognized.
More than 500 student-athletes received the honor this year from the 10 participating schools of the AMCC. More than 100 of those individuals will be inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, the national collegiate student-athlete honor society. Chi Alpha Sigma recognition requires that a student-athlete letter in a varsity sport, achieve a minimum 3.4 GPA, and be of good moral character. Induction is limited to juniors and seniors.
